-I served as a reading tutor to third grade ELL students.

-I taught a basic adult ESL SEP Course for parents of High School Latino students.

2006: West Charlotte High School
-I organized and coordinated a Johnson C. Smith University (JCSU) freshmen service-learning project for the after-school program where JCSU students served as tutors for one semester.

-I served as an ESL Volunteer Student & Family Liaison where I advised and tutored Spanish-Speaking students.

-I taught a second grade summer school class that prepared ELL students for the the third grade.

-I obtained a TEFL Certificate after completing a semester clinical as an ELL tutor during my academic exchange at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
